Hi, I'm Sabrina Monestime, but you can call me Coach Bb! My own fitness journey started with a personal challenge: I gained 40 pounds in college despite being active, and a strength training course is what helped me take back control of my health.
That experience is why I created Bodied Babes Fitness, to support women who are somewhere between not fully sure where to start and needing a little extra guidance. With a background in public health focused on maternal and infant health, I care deeply about helping women feel strong, supported, and seen through every season.
It's a sign of strength to seek out help, and I'd be honored to be in your corner. I'll meet you where you are and build the plan around your life.
