The basics of working together with Bodied Babes Fitness. Please read these before booking a session or purchasing a package.
By booking a session, purchasing a package, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book or purchase. These terms are between you (the client) and Bodied Babes Fitness LLC (Bodied Babes, we, us).
Bodied Babes provides concierge fitness coaching, including assisted stretching, in-home personal training, and virtual personal training, primarily serving Miami and the surrounding area. Services may be delivered in your home, at an agreed location, or online by live video. Specific offerings, session lengths, and pricing are described on this website and confirmed at the time of booking.
Physical activity carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You should consult your physician before beginning any exercise or stretching program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from injury, or managing a medical condition. You confirm that you are participating voluntarily and are physically able to take part.
You agree to disclose relevant health information and to stop and tell your coach if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. To the extent permitted by law, you assume the risks associated with participation. A separate written liability waiver may be required before your first session.
Coaching, stretching, and any wellness information provided are for general fitness purposes only and are not medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. They do not replace care from a qualified healthcare provider.
Sessions are booked through our online calendar or directly with your coach. Please provide accurate address and contact details for in-home visits. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session price.
Payment is due as described at the time of booking or purchase, and may be processed through third-party platforms (for example Trainerize for training and a secure payment processor for stretching). Prices shown are starting prices and may not include applicable travel fees. Package sessions and any commitment discounts are subject to the terms shared at purchase. Payments are non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice, and unused package sessions do not expire.
From time to time we offer promotions such as a complimentary birthday stretch, commitment discounts, or a referral credit. These offers are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless noted, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. A referral credit applies only when the referred person completes a qualifying purchase, as described in the offer.
By providing your contact information, you agree that Bodied Babes may contact you by email, phone, and text message about your bookings, sessions, and, if you opt in, marketing. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and opt out of texts by replying STOP. Transactional messages such as booking confirmations and reminders may still be sent.
All content on this website and in our programs, including text, images, logos, and workout materials, belongs to Bodied Babes Fitness LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bodied Babes Fitness LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation or use of this website, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date, and continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
