The basics of working together with Bodied Babes Fitness. Please read these before booking a session or purchasing a package.
By booking a session, purchasing a package, enrolling in a membership, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book, enroll, or purchase. These terms are between you (the client or member) and Bodied Babes Fitness LLC (Bodied Babes, we, us).
Bodied Babes provides fitness coaching services, including BBF Foundations, assisted stretching, in-home personal training, and virtual personal training, primarily serving Miami and the surrounding area. Services may be delivered through the BBF coaching app, in your home, at an agreed location, or online by live video. Specific offerings, session lengths, membership features, and pricing are described on this website and confirmed at the time of booking or purchase.
Physical activity carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You should consult your physician before beginning any exercise or stretching program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from injury, or managing a medical condition. You confirm that you are participating voluntarily and are physically able to take part.
You agree to disclose relevant health information and to stop and tell your coach if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. To the extent permitted by law, you assume the risks associated with participation. A separate liability waiver, health-readiness questionnaire, or medical clearance may be required before participation.
Coaching, stretching, and any wellness information provided are for general fitness purposes only and are not medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. They do not replace care from a qualified healthcare provider.
Sessions are booked through our online calendar or directly with your coach. Please provide accurate address and contact details for in-home visits. At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session price or deducted from a prepaid package.
BBF Foundations live group workouts include replay access and do not include individual makeup sessions. Monthly individual Foundations sessions must be used during the applicable month and do not roll over unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment is due as described at the time of booking or purchase and may be processed through third-party platforms, including Trainerize for training and memberships and a secure payment processor for stretching. Prices shown are starting prices and may not include applicable travel, parking, or valet fees. Package sessions and any commitment discounts are subject to the terms shared at purchase.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Eligible individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Unused package sessions do not expire unless a different expiration or package term is clearly stated at purchase.
BBF Foundations and applicable monthly training plans are billed automatically each month to the payment method on file. BBF Foundations requires an initial three-month commitment. By enrolling, the member agrees to all three monthly payments within the current phase.
BBF Foundations renews in additional three-month phases unless canceled before the next phase. During Month 2, members will receive written information about the upcoming phase, the renewal date, and the deadline and method for opting out. If an opt-out request is not received by the stated deadline, the membership automatically renews for the next three-month phase.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current three-month phase and prevents the next phase from beginning. It does not cancel or refund the remaining payments within an active phase. Membership fees are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused sessions, missed workouts, unused app access, or limited participation. Access continues through the applicable paid period.
Cancellation requests may be submitted by emailing coach@bodiedbabesfitness.com or through the same online cancellation method used to enroll, when available. Other monthly training plans are governed by the specific commitment and renewal terms disclosed at purchase. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice, and a membership price change will apply no earlier than the next renewal phase.
From time to time we offer promotions such as a complimentary birthday stretch, commitment discounts, or a referral credit. These offers are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless noted, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. A referral credit applies only when the referred person completes a qualifying purchase, as described in the offer.
By providing your contact information, you agree that Bodied Babes may contact you by email, phone, and text message about your bookings, sessions, memberships, and, if you opt in, marketing. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link and opt out of texts by replying STOP. Transactional messages, such as booking confirmations, billing notices, renewal notices, and reminders, may still be sent.
All content on this website and in our programs, including text, images, logos, workout materials, app programming, videos, replays, and educational resources, belongs to Bodied Babes Fitness LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, recorded, shared, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bodied Babes Fitness LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation or use of this website, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting an active membership, including changes to pricing, commitment length, or renewal terms, will be communicated in advance and will generally apply beginning with the member's next renewal phase unless otherwise required by law.
